Need help to with right hand side handlebar controls

I want to adjust my levers a bit higher but the throttle housing is already very close to the lever.
From what I can see, the control next to it needs to be loosened in order to rotate everything
Someone please chime in if this is not the case.

The control has a very small screw to remove from underneath.
It looks like a torx, but my eyes are failing me at a rapid rate.
Has anyone perhaps worked on this before?
Maybe know what size it is?

Looking at some of the other threads, Mr Lee says it might be a T8.
Will have to go buy one as I have nothing that small that fits in there.

Looking at BD's Handlebar Swap DIY:

https://www.ninetowners.com/forum/ho...-swap-diy.html

A T8 it is.
The T10, I'm guessing, is for the removal of the control.

Thanks BD

Thanks Mr. Lee

So I bought the T8 and T10 this morning.
As per BD's pics below, you can see the bolt from top and bottom.
This goes through the handlebar.
I would have to drill a new hole in order to move the controls down so that the throttle housing sits a bit higher.
I don't think that would help with the handlbar's structural integrity.
