I went to top off my engine oil on my 2015 NineT and accidentally put about 100 ml of 5-40 before I realized I was using the wrong oil. I then switched to 15-50 to complete the top off. I was at about 1/3 level in the oil sight before I topped off. big-time amateur move not double checking...

This is my first Boxer without a center stand...what do people do to check the oil on a nineT ? I wouldn't trust my wife or daughter to sit on the bike and hold it upright :) I'm thinking about a front wheel chock that I could bolt to a sheet of plywood. Thoughts ? Thanks !
