I hate to call them crash bars, prefer engine guards, but to avoid confusion - question is about crash bars for 2021 R9T and R9T Pure. I cannot find crash bars that would fit 2021 year model, with the exception of BMW OEM north of $400 at the local dealer. GIVI, Puig, Chinese non-branded, etc. - are all advertised fit up to 2020 but not 2021. Has anyone seen crash bars for 2021 year model?
Do 2020 fit 2021 bike?

Yup, I fitted some "Motoguards" engine bars from german retailer Motea. I chose to go for them based on the recommendation of @guysironworks (with whom I'm not affiliated in any way).

They were advertised as fitting the euro4 scrambler only, which is nonsensical, but that's been fixed on their website now.

I got the shop to install them during the first service, and the mechanic who worked on the bike told me that he was impressed. In europe they're a little less than half the price of Wunderlich and SW Motech options, and they look and feel much tougher. Large diameter tubing, and super thick baseplates. Perfect powder coating too.

I'd go for them instead of other options even if their price was increased to match the other ones.

No easy valve removal though, but that's not much of an issue to me unless huge yearly miles are on the menu.

Here they are on my bike :

I put the Puig bars on my 21 scrambler. Only thing I am double checking is the left side valve cover clearance. It's 1-2mm.

I was hoping to have these fitted on my bike for delivery, but it seems the order has been delayed...
