Hey folks, I'm in Annapolis, MD. I know there have been posts about riders in Baltimore, DC, and Frederick (I think). Anyways, I would love to get some sort of R Nine T group ride together. Would that pique anyone's interest?

Awesome! I think boxer twins started a similar thread for the DC area. I think that might actually be a center point between us all. I noticed you both posted over there, so I will follow suit! Thanks for responding!

Also, this is what I posted over in boxertwin's thread: It may be of interest that BMW Club Bikers of Metropolitan Washington (BMWBMW) is hosting a meeting at Bob's BMW in Jessup, MD on Saturday 11AUG2018. It will be at 1100, and open to everyone. For reference, Bob's is located between 95 and 295, about halfway between DC and Baltimore. They have a really nice shop, and a motorcycle museum. Could be fun!

I'm out in the Fairfax area. I bought my bike out at Bob's but it can be a haul to get out there especially when even Saturday morning has traffic.

Hmm... That is a consideration that I had not made. I know that there is a Bikes and Breakfast in Clifton. There is also another in Poolesville. Obviously, Clifton would be closer to you. I will end up checking both out.

Okay, it seems as though there has been a recent influx of DMV area R9T owners. I thought it would be cool to revive/kickstart this thread. I have been to both the Clifton and Poolesville Bikes N' Breakfasts. Additionally, I attend multiple cars and coffee events weekly. I personally think it could be fun to organize a group ride to one of these events. Would anyone be interested?

Will do! The biggest hurdle thus far has been that several, or maybe even most, of the DMV Nine T riders aren't so active on the forum. Or at least, i haven't witnessed that they aren't as active as I have been. So, i.may have to organize it over on the DMV Riders Facebook. At any rate, there are plenty of us. I think it could be very fun, and what better group of bikes to see than a fleet of 9Ts?!

I call shenanigans. I'm on here all the time and identified myself in this thread. I've also identified myself other times area riders have posted. Plus I'm frequently at both Bikes n' Breakfast events. I'm not huge on FB but I do check DC Moto.
