Rizoma reverse retro

Easy to install. Drill out rozome (blue) bar end with 12 mil or 1/2 inch bit keeping the OEM bar end bolt and this is the result

Depends how you set them!

How many inches out to the sides are the mirrors compared to actual bar ends?

Very nice btw. Looks natural

I'm experimenting. I like rear view better when mirrors facing outward. They protrude about 70mm beyond bar end for general use. When I'm commuting and know there'll be slow traffic, for lane splitting I prefer repositioning to face inward then protrude beyond bar end more like 25 mm.

But I won't squeeze through tight spots when lane splitting. That's just nuts.

Just don't want to bump my mirrors or handlebars because that can have consequences as well as invite road rage from cagers.

Rizoma Reverse Retro and Rizoma Bar end

Hi petrichor,

Looks like you and I have very similar taste, I've ordered this same mirrors and am waiting for them to arrive so I can determine the best way to mount them. I was hoping that I might be able to keep the stock end caps and mount the mirror stem on a spacer, do you think the stock bolts would be long enough for this?

P.S. I'm also in Sydney so I'll keep an eye out for you on the road.
Don't know? My Rizoma Reverse Retros are on the Rizoma Blue Bar Ends. No problems with the stock bolt. If you went for a narrower bar end (sufficient to take the mirror mounting with no overlap, it might work.

Although I like the OEM caps visually, to me they + the Rizoma bar ends just add to unnecessary width. Also with my non existent tooling skills I found it was just east to drill the Rizoma bar ends and thereby centre the bolt.

Good luck and see you on the road.
