Hi all.

My dealer order included the BMW alarm system (UK) I didn't request an alarm as I think they are more bother than they are worth! Is this a factory fit item that you have to take with the bike?

An option this expensive that isn't an option is outrageous.

I had to request mine, this is NOT included as standard.

Nice feature if it's similar to the K16 alarm. Beeps when your bike is moved.

So did this guy's dealer just include the alarm system even though he didn't want it? That doesn't seem like a great situation. I bet you could find an after market alarm that is more affordable.

Definitely not cheap. They're better of leaving this up to customers to decide on. Some might want to go aftermarket.
