It was a great month for BMW Motorrad. This October BMW sold 1,067 bikes. This is a 23.4 % increase over the amount of bikes that were sold in october of 2012, 865 units.

The Maxi scooter segment grew by 73% in October, the F-Series middleweight machines increases by 61% reaching 219 units delivered, and the G-Series sold 56 units which is about the same as last year.

The best selling motorcycle for BMW in October was the 2014 R 1200 GSW model. It saw an increase of 52% moving 314 units.

23 percent is a lot, good to see BMW is getting a great improvement in sales. With the NineT and other new bikes like it we should continue to see an inline in sales.

I am guessing that the increase in BMW motorcycle sales maybe due to the philosophy that if you ride motorcycles long enough `all roads lead to BMW ownership' (you read it here first).:)
