My dealer in Connecticut told me to expect to get it the last week of February.

I spoke with my dealer today regarding March 15th and he was pretty clear that its the launch date, not delivery date for initial orders and they were expecting their demo only with customer bikes to follow. This is what I was told and you may have been told different but it may be worth reconfirming with your dealers chaps. Just a heads up is all..........

Is your dealer not having a preview evening on the 14th march for early birds ;):D
My 9T will arrive with the demo bike an all others will start to arrive mid may ;):D:D
From a logistics standpoint, wouldn't it be smarter to deliver the demo bike plus a bike or two or three ( to big volume dealers ) all at once, and empty the warehouse?

Expense being the driving factor.
It's cheaper to deliver them all on first go around.

I find it hard to believe that a dealer will only receive 1 bike.
But of course this is just me being logical & wishful.
Only relaying back to you what I was told by my dealer this afternoon gents  I'm first in the queue having put a deposit down over a year ago so not worried about getting my hands on the first bike. I agree, it does sound odd to only deliver one bike for 15th March but this was explained as a 14 model launch so a nine T, s1000r, new GS etc available to view at your dealer with first batch orders to follow. I may be wrong, I hope I am, but people expecting a bike on 15th March may be disappointed if there's any truth in what I was told today. Just check and get a solid confirmation from your dealer is all I'm saying.
All will be revealed soon enough for some and later for others ;):D
So can we expect them to delivery April and May?

Talk to your dealer you ordered it through and see what his computer tells you on your delivery date ;)

Spoke to the BMW manager today, and after discussing the subzero weather, stock market, and other serious things, he said he expects to get one Demo, and one ordered bike last of Feb.....he suspects. He knows I don't want to take delivery till the 15th, so my bike is gonna be in mothballs till then in his storage/delivery area. He offered to let me ride the demo before I make the final decision (and pay) for my bike. I'm having a hard time thinking of that, with the thermometer at -5 below as I type this ;)
Just got an email from dealer. Delivery date is vague. Could be in mid Feb. Another question is whether all bikes will come with the factory installed alarm system. I have it on another beamie, and it's a nice system. Will be happy either way.
