to me, being seen and seeing is the most important thing even more important than the styling of a particular motorcycle. Where I live lights, front and rear are critical to survival

obviously there is no way to discreetly add lights to the front of the R nineT and I don't want anyone to be worried that I will. I truly understand the look of this motorcycle and that is one of the things that attracted me to it in the first place. However I will do some kind of an HID conversion to the front headlight even if the increase in color temperature makes the bike look unusual. The 3500 Kelvin light will do it for me so I will increase to about 5500 Kelvin. I'm not sure if a kit will EVER be available to do that for this sort of a bike.
I understand to some of you this will be blasphemy but I wonder how I might be able to see better and be seen better without ruining the look of this classic/retro motorcycle.
please help me.
