After all the stories, current with the 1250 LC, about water in the swing arm and rusty drive shafts, I was not reassured and I opened the drivetrain.

Fortunately everything looked lubricated and no water on the bottom.
The rubber boots will be replaced later, for now I have glued the cracks closed.

I made a drain with a transparent hose so I can quickly see if water has entered.
