I'm so happy to discover a forum dedicated to the Nine-T.

I've been expecting this bike since my R1150R.
Since it was taking so long, i decided to buy a R1200R last spring and tried to give it a vintage look.

This are the two bikes i'm talking about:

Sorry if my english sounds foreign, but it's "school and kitchen english" learned 30 years ago. So be gentle to me.

I'm from Belgium.

I'd like to see the Nine-T with clip-ons, a polished aluminum tank, a completely black engine, mat black knee-grips and of course get rid of the license plate holder.
And why not a nice a..

I had a nice proposition of the dealer today, but i'd like to see the bike and sit on it before I make any decision.

The only problem I might have, is the seat hight. I'm 1,83m and need a high seat on the R1200R (830mm).
The seat of the Nine-T is only 785mm high.
Adapting the seat of the Nine-T would make the bike ugly, I'm afraid.

The second problem: I love my R1200R !
So much I could consider keeping the R1200R and buy the Nine-T as well.
But that might create some problems with my lovely wife
