Ok, perhaps a bit of drama, but was exchanging e-mails with the owner of my dealership in Daytona just a few minutes ago, and I asked if he had any news on the 9T? And while his answer was terse, he doesn't like to type, he said, "I'll know more the 21st of this month."

So, can anyone add to this? Dealer meeting, press conference????

We are one pitiful group getting excited about something with so little information. :D:D:D

As you don't seem to have much juvenile excitement over the 9T do you own a Harley :D

I'm #1 at my local dealer here in Florida - I haven't been notified of anything other than a March delivery. In the meantime, I continue to ride every day to work on my R1200GSA. The nineT will just add to my collection, it isn't replacing anything. A motorcycle to me is just like a car to most people, I've been riding for 45 yrs, and it's just what I do...I don't get worked up about them...

I still get totally worked up over my bikes. I love the engineering. Love riding them. Working on them. Looking at them, Reading about their history, etc.

And enjoy the memories I have made with my friends over the years on Motorcycles.

And especially feel motorcycles are not just like a car to me. Not anything even remotely close to a car. :p

I think I couldn't feel more differently about that point.
I too have been riding on two motorized wheels since I was probably 10 years old.
I'm 54.
And it still feels like the very first time I got on my mini-bike.
Every time. :D
For me, the child like passion is still all there. 100%
