Hello and good morning

I'm new here and have ordered my NINE T in the uk and have sold a 2012 GS 1200 triple black to my dealer as a part ex ,and put the deposit straight down on a new 9T for mid march 2014, it gets very negative posts on other forums or rather by trolls, but there's always jealous people who can't afford a classic roadster that don't understand the styling celebrating 90yrs of BMW bikes,as its styling adapts new and classic desighn, people are somtimes ignorant !!

It's everything I want in a bike- looks, adaptability ,simplicity ,proven boxer engine ,BMW. :D:D

Great to hear! Good group of guys and gals on here, all loving the new NineT.. lots of excitement!
Hey @Bose, welcome to the forum. Not sure if there are folks from Europe around. I'm from Canada. When do you think you'll receive your nineT?

Hey maverick cheers for the welcome ;)

My dealer has quoted the earliest I could possibly get my bike will be mid march ,but this has yet to be officially announced by BMW as the price is due to be announced at the uk bike show the 3rd week of November, then the dealers will be able to start to put orders through and spec bikes to be ordered ,which will possibly be limited to 10 bikes per dealership or less in the first year to keep orders high and the price strong for the second wave, as I think we have 35 dealerships in the uk so still a lot of new NINE Ts for the uk ,I'm just glad I've got my bike promised to me and am at the top of the list for the first 9T to be delivered
,happy days :D

Welcome to the forum!

Hard to believe that there are people trash talking about the NineT already when it hasn't been out on the road yet. So I just take it those people doing so have been misinformed or just ignorant.

How much did the total end up to be for you over in the UK?

Thats what I said. There aren't even reviews of it.
People can't just judge it from what they see on paper, it needs to be tested and compared.

Still waiting for the UK 9T bike release at the NEC international bike show 22nd November.
The thought from my dealer is the start price will be £11,500 but can't confirm until the show

So my thinking is with a few styling bits it's going to cost me around £13,000 :D
I'm wishing my life away waiting to be able to see and sit on my new toy :D
welcome aboard Bose! There's a couple from your side of the pond on here ;)

@Bose

Good luck with just spending around £13,000 with the extras I bet you end up over that amount and coming out with extras on the NineT :p

You might just get the head start to seeing it before we do. Be fair and share if you do ;)
