Some people were disappointed that the production nineT was so different from the concept version. This refurbished 1974 BMW R90/6 looks to me more like what the R nineT should have looked like given its inspiration from the concept version.

I like the NineT as it is right now.

It's a good bike. I'd have it, but if given the choice, I'm 9T over this.

I do have to say its a lovely lovely bike. I'd have in a heartbeat.

That is a completely different beast altogether I think. And I appreciate it. But it doesn't seems to have the all-around styling and practicality of 9T.

Great thing about the nineT is youll be able to make it look like the original post up top (sans old fashioned shocks) & roland sands concept90.

Thats kinda the point. You can build something like this for Half (or less) the price of the NineT. Nothing wrong with recycling old bikes! No, you won't have the performance, but some of us won't be taking it up to 100MPH regularly, although some in here may indeed. (looking at you guys from Germany).

Ummm, naaaaah. Probably before long, I'm gonna forget about cars, and buy and build bikes The NineT is exactly what I'm looking for, even though I doubt if I will be on the highway going 95 lol.
