Some people were disappointed that the production nineT was so different from the concept version. This refurbished 1974 BMW R90/6 looks to me more like what the R nineT should have looked like given its inspiration from the concept version.

It's a good bike. I'd have it, but if given the choice, I'm 9T over this.

I do have to say its a lovely lovely bike. I'd have in a heartbeat.
Turn the cuffs up on my dungarees and go find a place that servers malts.

Ummmh I wouldn't want to pay £11600 for something like that the original concept either :eek:
The finished 9T is the dogs bits for me with what it offers ,an is desirable from every angle ;)

Thats kinda the point. You can build something like this for Half (or less) the price of the NineT. Nothing wrong with recycling old bikes! No, you won't have the performance, but some of us won't be taking it up to 100MPH regularly, although some in here may indeed. (looking at you guys from Germany).
