A friend sent me a link to a story about the r nine t and I knew right away that it was going to be my next bike. I called the dealer in San Francisco, and had a deposit down within a day or two.

When I was 3 my family lived in Japan for a year, where my dad would ride the whole family on a 90cc Honda. He gave me a lawn mower-engine mini-bike for my 8th birthday, and I have been in love with motorcycles ever since. I am a daily rider now on a BMW r1200c, but have been looking for a new bike for a while. I'm really looking forward to riding the nine t.

Similiar story but all took place in good ol' U.S. My old man use to take me out on rides. Everytime I leave the driveway for a ride I think of him. I must say its wonderful how our fathers has shown us this path.
