@BlitzSchnell will come down from Dallas to show his latest creation, “Blitz and Donner”.

We’ll be at the track all day Saturday to take in some noise and watch the new MotoGP format “short race”.

We will go to the Texas “handbuilt show” in Austin: some eye-candy there!
on either Friday and/or Sunday, and will watch the race somewhere on a big screen in town on Sunday afternoon.

Other than that, all else is tbd.

Let us know who’ll be around! Once we have some responses, we’ll create some kind of group chat for the details.

Sounds good to me Norbi … after you form up a plan, as to what Friday is going to look like .. I can put up a KSU time that I plan to leave Dallas …and a route plan from here in Dallas to Austin in case anyone wants to join up ….. if I can make it like I want it … I’ll leave before dawn on Friday (April 14th) so I can be sure to be in Austin before noon … or if it would work better may be that Thursday (April 13th) and get an early start on Friday. … At 73 I’m going to need a few hours of down time after that ride, my a** will be numb for a bit … mostly because my speed will be limited with towing Donner to around 60mph instead of 90+ like I usually run that route and I’m sure it will take me all of 3 to maybe 3 1/2 hours … and I need to rest before the HandBuilt Show, … if you decide Friday is day for that show ……. You set the plans and give me a time to be at you chosen rendezvous point and I’ll be there on time … I’m looking forward to a weekend of biking with my buddies …. CU then Mate … just keep me posted as the weekend schedule hardens up … BeWell ……… Blitz

Let's see...Austin is about 1,400 miles from home. If I could take 3 days to ride down, spend a couple days there, and then take another 3 days to get back home...plus the weather in the midwest in mid-April can still be kind of iffy... 😕

The events and hanging out sound like an absolute blast. I wish I could join you guys. Have fun and at least make some minimal effort to try staying out of trouble!

I go every year to the GP and made 3 to the Revival, I unfortunately will not be riding there. Will be near by at the Hilton by Red River. Hope to see you there.

I highly recommend you go to Austin and take as long as you'd like there. That way I might get a few posts in.
