I have fitted these today and I have a problem.

When I removed the right side support all was fine. The mounting instructions refer to an abrasion protection, it was present. When I attempted the left side it wasn’t there. I need this part for the left side.

The part I need isn’t listed although it clips around the part frame where item 9 is located.

Here is the part shown in the fitting instructions, 7 and 8.

Can you help identify the part and order one for me please?

What I have on the one side is shown at part 7 in the fitting instruction. It’s a cover that slides over the part welded to the frame that the speed clip(plug in nut) is inserted into. Item 9 on the catalogue is the plug in nut and item 10 appears to be a strip of protective film.

I tried looking up those parts today in the ETK under main frame, prefix 46, which was a no go.
The supplied part number from Weston Donkeys, is a prefix is 61, which is electrical. And there it is, under main wiring harness, #11.
I don't understand why BMW classifys that as electrical is beyond me. Learn something new every day.
