Quieter tyres?

Can anyone advise please? I've searched the forum and can't find any reference to Battlax A41 tyres being quite noisy. My '21 Scrambler's tyres (A41s) start to howl and scream from about 15 m.p.h. So loud that I thought something was wrong with the bike. A high pitch sound, very penetrating. Pressures OK, fitted correctly. Noise stopson very new smooth road surface, about 3% of my commute! Otherwise, these tyres are amazing.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Can anyone recommend a tyre based primarily on lack of screaming resonance?

Thanks... hopefully :)

I have been chasing the elusive topic of adventure tires since buying my Scrambler. Mine came with Karoo 3 tires that sound like an airplane engine. A set of A41 is waiting to go on next. My searches took me to this tire shootout where I got some ideas on what to use after the Bridgestone wear out in about 2k miles. The article is a bit older but they have been adding and updating so currrent info is avalable. I'm not personally trying to abate noise much as my priorities tend to traction and longevity. But, I'd bet you can get noise feedback for individual models you may like.

TKC 70's from new on my 21 Scram..... no complaints from me... no noise, good milage, grip and ok looks.... the test linked to above does not reference.... noise, handling, tyre weight.... and from comments lots of users don't seem to get the same findings as the testers..... go figure.
That link is already a couple years old. TKC may be newer than that. I don't know. My favorites so far for the next set are Aussie made called Motoz. I'm eager to try them out.
Yes, I've read comments in various reviews that conflict with my own experience... I guess there's only one way to be sure, take a risk and spend the money.
And then, most importantly, report on your findings so we build our own database over time specific to our bikes. A TKC may be perfect for one bike and absolute crap on another. Weight, balance, etc.
