None for many many many years on a regular basis. (make that like 30, 3 x many) Honda 305 scrambler, then a Bonneville, then a 60's R69s, then 3 kids.

Recently, only the MSF courses, basic and advanced, as a refresher. I will probably shrink wrap the NineT, and ride a Yamaha TW200 until I feel comfortable again. Or, maybe not LOL, we will see.
