So my Daedalus tail tidy kit arrived today for my Racer. One of the first bolt on, plug and play items I've ever had experience with. Impeccable finish, all CNC aluminium construction and worked perfectly with no errors as soon as u plugged it in. Even my numberplate (NSW Australia plate) fitted without needing to drill extra holes which was a bonus. I just need to sort out the silver coloured subframe (unique to the racer) that you can see when looking from the side of the bike, but otherwise I'm super pleased!

Awesome look! Just wondering if you could send me a link to where I could purchase this? Any error codes and anything you didn’t like about the product?
Lionboy234, I was one of the first people to buy this quality product. I've had it for 2 1/2 years now and nothing, absolutely nothing has gone wrong with it. This is the best tail tidy out there, Daedalus really did their homework on this. Plug and play all the way, no problems at all with installation. The machine chamfered edges really accent the rest of the aluminum bits and pieces on the bike. You won't go wrong with this unit, it'll cost you but it's worth it...enjoy!

Looks great. Just a heads up, you'll get busted for the integrated blinkers and no reflector. I got done for it up the old road. It's a $108.00 per offence.
Blinkers needs to be a minimum of 180mm apart.

You'll be an easy target from the boys in blue. If defected you'll have to go through the hassle of getting the defect cleared within 7-14 days.

Nice one! Yep you will be totally impressed with the quality and function. I knew that I was going to be impressed as I read all the forum posts already, but it was still better than I expected, even with my high expectations too ;)

Hi,

I've just installed a Daedalus classic tail tidy on my 2020 racer, and now have a lamp fault code on dash, whether engine is On or Off...
This is the integrated turn signals model, without external turn signals...
Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Thanks

Laurent

Hey @laurentm6 have you tried reaching out to Daedalus? They apparently are very helpful.
Hi Dave,

They are ! I'm discussion with Ross from Daedalus, trying to find a solution, and he proposed to send me a new circuit board.
Until receipt, i will try to understand what goes wrong anyway, i think it could be useful for others with the same problem!
