Fingers crossed that headlight and the LED blinkers are retrofittable

Agreed on the headlight! I've looked at aftermarket LED headlights but wasn't too crazy on the design. And I didn't want to lose the little BMW symbol in the OEM one. It's the little details that I love on this bike!

My 2015 roadster has the preload adjuster. Perhaps they just bumped the Pure model up to the same spec? Or maybe they're giving better options to the roadster.

They might as well offer rider modes if they have ride by wire. Ride by wire is almost a requirement with euro 5 in order to smooth out the engine under all the new restrictions.

Feels like a patch job until BMW has a market-ready electric moto. Which I am excited for if they make it look non-futuristic like their concept from last year.

The new indicators seem to be a direct fit for previous model years. Do you know if the dealer still needs to flash the ECM so they work correctly? View attachment 141509 View attachment 141509

If you want LED signals, go aftermarket. OEM is just going to be more expensive and probably less bright. I’d rather save money and get some bright LED signals (although they may be illegal)
