Base bike £11,630 with no frills
Option fit at factory level will be for the alarm only and any other fitment options has to be dealer ordered an fitted through the workshop:rolleyes:

No alloy wheel option available it'll come with spoked rims as standard no upgrade available unless you want to fork out for two sets of wheels and shelve the spoked ones

This is not looking good for us Americans. According to the UK BMW website, I see a price of £8,741.67 for a R1200R which translates to $14,063.60 according to google. My local dealer has a price of $14,100.00 for the R1200R which is nearly an exact conversion of the UK price. If you convert the UK price for the nineT, you're looking at $18,710.34 according to google.

I learned that you can never do a direct conversion from UK to American dollar, it will never be around the same price as what the product actually is.

The direct conversion worked almost exactly with the R1200R. If you apply the same logic to the nineT we're looking at $18K. I sure hope I'm wrong.
a "stock" R nineT will be $15,000.00
with the high-mount akra and seat cowl, you can spend $2,000.00 more
but... the bike won't sell for $18,000.00 OPTIONLESS... that won't fly in the US no matter how high the demand (at this point) seems to be

I'll check with my dealer but remember UK prices should be 'on the road', ie inclusive of all taxes hence the price quoted for the R1200R on this thread will be for a 'before taxes' price. On the road is much more.

For $18,000 in the states without options included might drive someguys elsewhere. It'll make way more sense to start off lower.
