What is to be the first of many I'm sure, here we have the first custom BMW R nineT. It is built by Urban Motors and gets a tank job for more fluid lines to blend in with the custom alloy tail.

A Mottogadget Motoscope Pro digital LED dash was installed, as was a tunable Supertrapp exhaust system with wrapped headers. Other changes include a new front end, Golden Tyre dual-sport rubber, and Domino levers to complement the Tarozzi pegs.

I think the added front fairing doesn't look that great. Looks kinda just stuck on there, especially with the purple and blue graphic.

I expect to see some custom nineTs that are nicer than this soon though. This one is not my favorite.

+1. The stock one is MUCH better looking. The risk you get when changing the original design is that change is not always progress or an improvement.

The engine management will compensate as it sees fit. Traditionally this setup would provide a top end speed increase whilst negatively affecting low to mid range power (very generalist!)

To take full advantage of this intake and exhaust setup you would want to be able to custom 'map' the management system, but without an aftermarket power commander style product, I'm not sure this is possible on these vehicles.
