My only discount is, when I buy the options in Germany and bring it to Switzerland, then VAT is refunded....
But not in any case...

I can see a trend as to why now some people are opting for other bikes, even though their love for the 9T is strong the price maybe to strong for what it can deliver compared to other bikes
Taxes kill most things but I'm annoyed with the £300 delivery charge from Europe  it's not like it's the other side of the world Berlin - england:eek:
It's expensive compared to my last 2012 GSTBTC purchase but it's a special bike to me so the money isn't irrelevant but I'm glad I didn't pay more for what I've ordered ;)

On the 20/12/13 the dealer confirmed a ride away without extras or options of $22822AUD:) We'll fork out the extra for what ever takes Mrs Chumba's fancy, when the time comes:) At this stage, the only thing that could unhinge the whole deal, would be if the ergonomics didn't suit Mrs Chumba's tiny frame:D But We are quietly confident;)

Last time I checked England was part of Europe... :D

If it makes you feel any better... we pay as much as you for delivery in our own country...
England is part of Europe true only down to Brussels and the euro union ,but we don't have the euro for monetary funds and I live on an island not connected by any other land mass just a tunnel :D

Can't you collect your bike from Berlin ,pdi done at factory to elevate the charge for delivery;):D

I was well aware of that. ;)

Believe me... I would if I could. BMW doesn't offer that kind of service with motorcycles. Cars - different story. You can pick up your automobile at the BMW World in Munich ( BMW Welt and Museum : Automobile collection ), but they still make you pay delivery charges even if you pick up the vehicle yourself.

Btw..., if you ever come to Germany, the BMW World and the BMW Museum is a must!
