Just curious to know as a new owner of a 2020 R NINE T Scrambler can I use a CTEK Cigarette Lighter Connector Adaptor to fit into this socket?

If you're talking about the port on the side of your bike, the answer is no. The bike has what is referred to as a Powerlet (DIN) socket and does not accept a cigarette lighter connector.
However, you can get an adapter from Amazon if you want to try this.
