I have Wilbers suspension, and as suspension adjustment instructions from Wilbers are practically non-existing, I extracted some instructions from the S1000RR user manual on how to operate the adjustment settings.

I´ll post it here for you to find too. Unfortunately the pdf attachment file size allowance is miniscule, so I had to link each page as a pic.

Kevin Camerons Sportbike Performance Handbook 2nd edition has probably one of the best plain language suspension tuning sections I've seen. Problem is it's out of print and hard to find for reasonable prices.
