Not sure which plug is it and do I have to take the tank of to complete.

It's mentioned in another thread (GPS?) but accessible from the left under a zip tie. For the Nav V you just take off the cap and install it. No tank removal necessary at all. Easy to do and works without any intervention (ie programming).
