I think you have the wrong linkpipe.. (Look at the picture below.. this is a Conic for the R nine T).

Also you see those tabs from the springs? They should line up with eachother. Maybe try turning the linkpipe so they line up? Could make all the difference.
(You also wont get those springs on this way)

Is your Conic made specific for your bike / the R nine T?

The other solution is fitting the rubber bushing.. and getting a nice big "Spacer" milled by a machining shop. Then put through a long bolt to make it all work. Should be fine construction wise. Also an option is to get a costum linkpipe made by an exhaust shop. if you really like that muffler it's worth it.

For some reason, it looks like your link pipe will go on another half of an inch or so. That small amount on the front of the pipe can make a big difference in how how the rear bolt lines up. You should be able to use the stock bolt and spacer for sure. I know I struggled lining up the stock pipe when I took off my Akrapovic system. In the end, I made up the difference at the rear be ensuring the front was fully seated.

Thanks for the input guys, trying to look at the above picture and it could be the link pipe, but it seems like the Original Low mount in the passenger footpeg holder goes in a little more, also the issue is that the SC has the mount on the "inside, its not welded on top like Acra etc....

Hey @Luganobloke ... in addition to the rubber spacer you'll need to seat inside of the hangar frame, there is a spacer that goes in the space. here is a link to the part: 77118549145 - Spacer - D=46/D=40-18 2014-2022 BMW-Motorrad | BMW Motorrad USA

I am removing my seat passenger frame and with the new BMW low hanger (the one from the Racer) this additional spacer unit is needed to close the gap. Hope this helps. Cheers man!
Thanks been looking at that .... you mean the part number 6?
