This blanking plug indicates as M10x1.5, perhaps a starting point.

Pitch mirror screws?

Just replaced the OEM mirrors leaving two ugly holes where the mirrors just to be. Want to buy blank plugs to screw in, but I need to know the pitch of the thread. Is it 1.25mm or 1.5mm? Appreciate the help. Cheers, ro6ert

OEM Mirror clamp thread

I am going to replace the mirrors with bar ends, thinking of using the left hand OEM mirror stand as location to put a Quadlock on using a RAM mount.

The "Ham-question" is, what is the thread, I think it could be M10?

Anybody knows?

Yes, that is what I intend to do,.... strange that you had to tap it though, The UnitGarage mirror replacement bolts show M10x1.5 pitch, which is the standard M10 pitch.

Maybe that explains it...

Does anyone know the thread pitch size etc of the hole we unscrew the stock mirrors from? Would love to fab something up to use for the phone mount etc.
