Looks as if someone forgot to fit front fork springs though....
Just a styling exercise, nothing else. (IMO of course.)

Nice RacerTV video on YouTube that shows this is a real bike.
That’s one radical looking design, amazing. I like it somehow, even if it reminds me of a snail(?).
