- Wheels - Custom painted BMW HP2 Sport. Front wheel required custom machined spacers and a new ABS sensor + ABS ring from older generation of R9T.
- Exhaust - Cerakoted Mass Moto Comeback Steel
- Brake calipers front - ISR 22-047 OB (100 mm mount)
- Brake caliper rear - ISR 22-048 OD
- Master cylinder Brake - ISR 21-012 OC (bore size 15.8 mm)
- Master cylinder Clutch - ISR 21-012 OF (bore size 14 mm) + Brembo Banjo Style Pressure Switch (M10x1.25 Single)
- Shock - Ohlins BM460 with black painted spring
- Steering damper - Ohlins Blackline
- Tail tidy - Daedalus Mini (RIP)
- License plate mount - Le Motographe + customized plate bracket from Revzilla
- Instrument - DK Design x KOSO with a lowering kit from Hookie (not on sale anymore)
- Tires - Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa
- Front rotors - Braketech AXIS Iron (BTB-10.R/BTB-10.L) + Black titanium bolts
- Turn signals - Motogadget m-Blaze Disc Bar End + Motogadget m.View Bar End Mirror Adapters

- Removed hooks from under the rear end frame.
Here is what I want to do next:
- Remove the ugly airbox. I just need to figure out a unique solution for the filters.
- A smaller and more modern headlight. I can't find any info on replacing the stock adaptive headlight apart from "better don't do it".
- Custom more aggressive and minimalist rear end and seat.
- Smaller radiator or even relocation of the radiator with the goal to expose engine cover.
